METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data, your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698,

In accordance with clause (f), provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and based on the legitimate interests and legal reasons of our Company; data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, company headquarters, stores, social media channels, mobile applications, website and similar means.
YOUR OTHER RIGHTS LISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF LAW NO. 6698
Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”, you may apply to our Company, which is the Data Controller, in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by you and registered in the data controller’s system, or by applying to the above-mentioned head office address, e-mail address or KEP address of our Company, which is the Data Controller, through a software or application developed for the purpose of application;
a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Requesting information regarding the processing of personal data,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically,
d) To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698,
f) To request that the operations carried out in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a negative result due to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
g) In case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damages.
However, in cases where the processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of a crime or for the investigation of a crime, or where personal data has been made public by the relevant person himself/herself, Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, which regulates the rights of the personal data owner, excluding the right to demand compensation for damages, shall not apply.
Your application must include your name, surname, and your wet signature if the application is in writing; your Turkish identity number if you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey; your nationality, passport number or ID number if you are a foreigner; your place of residence or workplace address for notification; your e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers for notification, if any, and the subject of your request. In addition, information and documents related to the subject must be attached to your application.
In your written applications, the date the document is notified to our Company, and in applications made by other methods, the date the application reaches our Company is the application date. Your applications to our Company will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the request requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
